House Rules for Your Comfortable Stay Welcome to Our Airbnb Rental! We have established these house rules to ensure that you enjoy your stay in our Airbnb rental while also respecting the property and the neighborhood. Adhering to these rules will help us maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. If you have any questions about these guidelines, please do not hesitate to contact us. We kindly request that you treat the property with care, just as you would your own home. If you notice any damage or issues upon your arrival, please notify us immediately. Additionally, please be considerate of noise levels, especially during quiet hours, to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 1. Check-in and Check-Out Check-in time is 15:00. Check-out time is 11:00, unless authorized otherwise by the management. Please provide 24-hour notice for any extensions to your stay. Garages are not accessible for guests. 2. Guest Interaction We enjoy meeting and welcoming our guests personally. However, in cases where this is not possible, we offer self-check-in options, including a door code or email access link. We reserve the right to request identification and proof of payment from guests and their companions. 3. Guest Access Guests have access to all areas on the first floor unless specified as "Domi employees only." Garages are not available for guest use. 4. Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests is indicated in the listing. Please do not exceed this limit, as any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. 5. Unauthorized Guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please do not host extra guests without prior agreement, and ensure that all overnight guests are listed during booking. A charge of €250 per night applies for each unauthorized guest/night beyond the 2-person limit. 6. Parties and Events Parties, gatherings, and loud events are not permitted on the property. Only authorized guests are allowed in the house, and music should be kept at a non-disruptive level. Violations may lead to eviction and a €750 fine. 7. Pets Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets will result in a €250 fine. 8. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please use the terrace for smoking, ensuring that you use ashtrays. Evidence of smoking inside may result in a €750 fine. 9. Trash Bag and dispose of trash in the provided waste bins. Trash bags are located under the kitchen sink. 10. Inspections Property Management may inspect the premises without prior notice to enforce these rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of your rental, and no refunds will be provided. 11. Security Deposit Depending on the length of the stay and which platform was used to make the booking we can reserve the right to ask for a security deposit. Additional charges may apply if any of the following conditions are not met: no damage, cleanliness, linens intact, compliance with rules, and occupancy limits. 12. Check-out Check-out time is 11:00. Please inform us of your departure and ensure that all doors are locked. Leave the property reasonably neat, collect all personal belongings, and follow the provided checkout checklist. 13. Failure to Vacate Failure to vacate by the agreed-upon time may result in a fee equal to the daily rate. 14. House Phone There is no landline phone in the house. 15. A/C System No A/C System present. No refunds are offered for A/C-related issues 16. Cable TV There is no Cable TV provided. Smart TVs are available for personal account access to services like Netflix. No refunds are offered for TV-related issues 17. Internet/Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience. No refunds are offered for internet-related issues. 18. Lost and Found Valuables left behind will be held for a reasonable period. After six months, unclaimed items become property of the owner. 19. Fireworks Fireworks are not allowed on the property. 20. Home Use Use the property for legal purposes only. Illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the agreement. 21. BBQ Grill (if applicable) Use the BBQ grill responsibly and follow safety guidelines. Clean the grill after use to prevent hazards. 22. No Daily Maid Service Weekly cleaning service is not included. Starter supplies are provided. If neede we work on a request basis. 23. False Reservations Reservations made under false pretenses will be canceled without a refund. 24. Parking Park on the street in designated areas. Do not enter restricted areas. 25. Restaurant Venti The restaurant on the ground floor is not part of the listing. Access is only permitted when the restaurant is open. After closing hours is everydoor alarm protected. Triggering the alarm may result in immediate cancellation and a disturbance fee of €150. 26. Repairs and Replacements Notify us of any equipment issues. No rebates for non-essential appliance failures. 27. Broken Items Report any broken items immediately to facilitate repairs. Missing items will be subject to a claims process through Airbnb. 28. Other Lock doors when leaving or at night. Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or other items.
